• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors.
• Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop policies, procedures and Work Instruction attendant to Good Corporate Governance & Risk Management as well as disseminating to every ranks of the consort
• Identify and ensure that the principles of beatific corporate governance has been done in any decision-making by direction
• helping every ranks of the consort to refer risk, measure risk, lettered the effect of venture and establish venture exculpation measures
• monitoring dasn create a data base of every risks of each division
• make a inform on the implementation of GCG and Risk Management periodically that contains, among another conclusions on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Risk Management at the consort and attain needed recommendations
